Payment

• Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration.

• Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. Special requests should be made upon registration

• A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

• Registration, including billing and invoices are managed by the logistic services of Mundiconvenius. For any queries regarding invoices, please contact us at evssar2024@gruporic.com

Confirmation

• The registration process should take no longer than 10 minutes

• The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

• If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us: evssar2024@gruporic.com

Cancellation and reimbursement policies

For cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (evssar2024@gruporic.com)

- Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 60 euros charged as administration fee

- Between 89 to 30 days before of the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution

- From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event. Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration

- All refunds will be made after the congress. Bank charges may be deducted




Do you have any dietary restrictions/allergies? We will try to accommodate dietary needs as far as possible.

Consent to recording and live broadcasting

Please be informed that images and videos of activities and public events will be recorded during the Congress and could be broadcasted. By participating, you grant permission for event organizers to photograph, record, and use your likeness for promotional purposes.
